About the Services
Ps by Prarambh is a digital platform that helps users discover brands, local businesses, offers, coupons, and subscription plans. Features may include browsing businesses, purchasing plans or offers, redeeming benefits at partner businesses, and related account services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for operations, security, or legal compliance.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and OTP access secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under applicable law.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse offers, coupons, QR/PIN codes, or redemption features
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform
- Not create fake accounts or provide false information
- Comply with partner business rules when redeeming offers
Offers, Coupons, and Subscriptions
Offers, coupons, discounts, and subscription plans are provided subject to the terms shown in the app and/or at the partner business. Availability, validity dates, usage limits, city eligibility, and redemption rules may vary.
Partner businesses are independent third parties. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, or outcome of goods or services provided by partners.
Payments
Certain features may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees using the payment methods offered in the app. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.
All fees are generally non-transferable. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and materials available through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except as needed for normal personal use of the Services.
